This is Whee Write.
This is where the writers, poets, and creative geniuses of the Creative Writing Club (and our loyal followers) will open our souls for you to hear and understand us, hoping that after reading our work you have a deeper and more profound understanding and respect for life, beauty, and the universe.
Ok maybe not quite so dramatic. Let's try this:
This is where we showcase our incredible talent and publishers randomly stumble across our posts and ask us if they can pay us a billion dollars—and reimburse us for our college education—and we will become the next big authors.
Still too dramatic?
This is where Western Carolina University Creative Writing Club members, students, alumni, and anyone else who is a loyal Cullowheean or Catamount, can post their original work to share with the world.
Now we're getting there.
But in order to have a real continuing website where we post great new stuff all the time, we need a few things:
- We need you to submit your work for publication (No cover letter needed: just fill out the form on the sidebar or click here).
- We need you to follow the site, leave comments and feedback, and participate in discussions. No participation=no community. That's no fun.
- We need you to tell all your friends about Whee Write! It's free, it's fun, it's easy, what's not to love?
